We had a very special gateway, hotel on the lake , connected inside outside pool, staff very friendly and nice food is yummi , ill definitely visit them again, thank you for the respectful receptionist who treated us super nice🥰 highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay. Especially the location with the lake access was fantastic! Went for daily runs in the morning and then hopped into the lake - all before breakfast (which offered a great selection). The staff was charming and really helpful, and the room was cute and super clean. Hoping to come back soon again!

We had a lovely stay with morning runs and dips in the lake. In the evenings we enjoyed the lovely food on the terrace overlooking the lake. During the day we relaxed in the sunchairs and swam in the pool.

Excellent location and this all about it... We had awful smell in the bathroom.. nobody done anything about it. The just left the bacony door open so when we come back to the room after 4 hours out it was terrible cold... The kids were not allowed to make any noise at the kids club and were forbidden to play with part of the toys. They were supposed to sit there and to draw quietly... We did not feel welcome at all.. Will not recommend it for families ..

Beautiful hotel next to the lake, good extended half board, great staff, great location for Gerlitzen skiing, also great location for summer vacations.
